Katahdin Bed & Breakfast

Take the first paved left after the railroad tracks about 5 miles out of East Millinocket. On left at end of straight away. If you go to far you have the Unicorn rafters on the right.

IGA next to McDonald's is camper friendly, open til 9PM most days, Sunday 7PM. Has debit/credit checkouts, localy owned with better prices.

Katahdin General
Better prices, has some fishing and hiking gear, rebuilding at this point, Fred works most evenings and can help with directions and information.

Irving
in Medway and Millinocket open 24 hrs for food and fuel.
After 1AM only cooked food is at the Medway Irving off I-95 ramp.
Millinocket carries kindling and some supplies including trail and power bars.

Laundries
only two, just before key bank. Carl Mott owns and has washers and dryers for public use, most days until 9PM.
The other is on Penobscot Ave, downtown at light by Fullers, turn left and go until park is on right and Laundry is on left, laundry closes at 5PM.
Grill is next door, is open until 9pm with ice cream service on the park side.

Medical is mostly Millinocket Regional with air support, choppers and local ambulance handle the area, Eastern Maine Med in Bangor is the regional for major trouble.
